p2p file transfer stuck in windows2003 server #129

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.When I try to send file to user, the trasnfer is stuck. 0 byte 
transferd. The p2p transfer can be initated, but no tranferstart or 
transferabort will get responding 
2.Above problem is happened not in all windows machines, it can transfer 
file to others from my local, but not in windows server. I am not sure if 
it is security problem, actually the firewall in windows 2003 has been 
disabled, but it still does not work.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? (MSNPSharp, OS, Mono etc.)
I am using the MSNPShart 2.5.7

This is the problem of microsoft's switch services, unfortunately things just 
happen 
when you are using 2003. I use server 2003 as the developing system for this 
library, everything is ok.
