Hi, This is not a bugs. I just want to ask Why sending IM to YM User is
faster than sending IM to MSN User? I have tested sending IM to YM and MSN
user at the same time. The first one accepted is YM. and the MSN received
for more than 10 seconds?Why?

I have no idea, I think you need to ask M$ about how they implement their 
service.
