Can't broadcast avatar #75

When you use messenger.Owner.BroadcastDisplayImage and 
messenger.Owner.BroadcastDisplayImage() to broadcast avatar, the avatar is 
not being broadcasted due to some error.

Please don't call this method directly, this is not an issue if you are using 
the 
version in the trunk because the p2p framework has not been updated to MSNP18
