• Allows to use *blowkiss to blow a kiss at someone!

Credit to VerySoft for the heart sprite used for the blown kiss!

Features:

• New emote: "blowkiss" that allows you to blow a kiss at a target.
• It chases them down for 7 tiles and if it collides with them, it says 'the kiss leaves a smooch mark on [target]'s cheek!'
• Has a toggle under preferences to turn smooches on/off. So if you don't want to be targeted, you can turn them off!
• Has an audible toggle as well. Made it able to toggle on/off -There is the framework to toggle a "vore" version if desired. Could use for more magic stuff or the 'ill fated' trait I have in mind -Has two free use sounds. See the comments next to them for attributions.

homing missile that sends a pair of lips chasing after someone and if it catches them then gulp

I guess this is more of a wizard spell kinda deal

I see you added toggles for sounds and stuff, but didn't add any sounds? Seems odd to add toggles with no sounds :P

Maybe just grab sounds off royalty-free website?

Yeeeee, I added the framework for sounds to it but I didn't have any sounds available (and didn't want to record any because I would fluster hotter than the hottest star) and I didn't think of royalty free sounds.

I can go and grab some and chuck them in.

HONESTLY it'd be extremely easy to do. Like, only 5 more lines of code or something along those lines. Would take maybe 10 minutes to set up and another 30 of testing.

Would just make it a variant where the only change is that when it hits you, it instead transfers you to the user's selected stomach.

I dunno how I'd make it make sense in game. Long-predatorial-reach is able to make sense because it's a tail, tongue, or something like that. This I'd need to find a good way to flair it to make sense.

I need to go ahead and amend the description (of the additions and changes and sounds being added by most recent commit) and also add proper attribution. I went ahead and got two free use sounds and will add them to the file saying where they got grabbed from shortly.
