Plotting fixes for shiny #27

Includes some axis renaming and changes to plots to make them clearer.

Very excellent! Is that just hosted by the shinyapps.io webserver for free? Even though we'd put it up ion science.latrobe.ude.au anyway, it's interesting that they're happy to host. I've added some issues for things that we need to change, but honestly, it's basically done. I hope it wasn''t too crazy an effory, and may even be a generally useful skill for the future...

@TS404 No worries. This was a fun little project. I have hosted on shinyapps for now for free. A minimal paid plan would allow us a custom domain name. Hosting on LTU servers would be nice but for that we will need to get the Shiny server component installed.

Do you have a feel for whether installing the shiny server component is a particularly involved process? My preference is for LaTroeb hosting because, although it is a bit more hassle, the 'officialness' is useful. I wonder if able to make these sort of little webapps could be useful for the Benji and the IT dept to be able to say they do.
