Possibility to use another atmospheric model? #78

Hai I want to ask if possible to use another atmospheric model other than MARCS using TSFit.py?

Cheers, Danang

Natively it supports average 3D (<3D>) STAGGER grid (https://staggergrid.wordpress.com). It is much smaller (200 models) and more sparse (500K step, 0.5 dex logg, FeH -4 to +0.5). Depending on your stellar parameters, it might be too small. Or the plus side, since it is <3D>, you don't need to worry about vmic.

ah okey how about the ATLAS9?

Not natively, no. Theoretically, you could always change how models are interpolated, as long as TS supports it. But NLTE departure grids are only calculated for standard MARCS models and STAGGER <3D>.
