Pushing Codebase #2 as skeleton

In this setup by @lkl2 , the frontend is built with Python (sensornode.py) while the gateway is built with NodeJS (gateway.js).

So far my comment from this branch is to update the README.

• to specify the python version to work with the frontend.
• to document how to setup/install socket.io library with Pip.

Im proposing to change the IP address for server connection to localhost (127.0.0.1) for a while.

Until we figure out how to pass the server's IP address as argument in sensornode.py.

@lkl2 please merge this one first. Then we can work with the fixes.
