Reconciliation options not showing international characters correctly #107

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run reconciliation on Freebase for the cell value "Lodz".
2.The options returned show "?odz" and "?o?z". indicating incorrectly parsed 
characters.
3.I'd expect "Łódź" to be displayed http://www.freebase.com/view/m/0c6fz

Fixed in rev 1935 by setting the encoding for the response.
