Schema skeleton disappears

1. Create schema alignment skeleton pictured in first PNG
2. Load into Freebase
3. Select edit schema after the load

The schema should be unchanged, but instead it looks like the second PNG 
with only a portion of the schema remaining

Could you attach your project tar file? (Use the main menu Project -> Export 
Project)

@tfmorris, maybe some bugs have gotten fixed along the way, but I can't repro 
this bug with your project file. 
Could you svn up and see if it's still a problem?

I tried with the latest SVN and the schema skeleton didn't reappear (ie it 
wasn't just 
hidden).  I recreated the missing pieces and tried loading it again into the 
sandbox 
again and this time nothing disappear, so that's a good sign.  Even though it's 
only 
one try, it hadn't consistently disappeared several times before that.

I'll try to find some time to test it a little more thoroughly so that it can 
be 
closed with confidence.
