Add a cut and paste textbox importer

Users should be able to drag-and-drop or copy-and-paste data into Gridworks to 
create a new project with.

Gridworks should allow importers to works from data provided in a textbox.  
Where possible this should allow for data types supported by all existing 
importers to be imported in this manner.  Gridworks should optionally try and 
make a best guess as to the data type being imported, and handle the case 
correctly.
