Indien 309: tēti symbol, etc. #19

According to German Wikipedia, the tēti symbol should be identical to the piḷḷaiyār cuḻi, although from looking at a manuscript it seems different. Should we make a <g ref="teti"/> symbol that looks like a piḷḷaiyār cuḻi, but is called "tēti" or "day"? See the explicit of Indien 309 for an example of the mācam symbol.

I also coded the initial piḷḷaiyār cuḻi on the front woodcover as #pcs, although it is not specified whether it's long or short.
