Could you add in the dropdown menu "Placement" for "Paratexts" the following:

top of page [e.g for running title/intertitle in codices, like in modern books]
bottom of page [e.g. for catchword]
running intertitle [we have already "running title" and I have cases of "running intertitles"]

Maybe we should remove "running title" and instead have "running" in the "Placement" category instead? Then we can have running intertitles, running titles, running blessings, etc.
