Should probably be "śrivedavyāsāya nmaḥ" (T2, [1]r2).
Also I guess it it reads "vyāsāya viṣṇurūpāya vyāsarūpāya viṣṇave" (T2, [1]r1). The thing that looks like "ra-i" appears in Marco's tables as "rū". Sometimes it's more "stuck together"; I guess it looks a bit like Malayālam "rū".
