I'm currently working on using Sonarqube for Stumps static analysis -- it should be able to show us where the rules aren't being followed.

I've added the resharper rules to the main solution that are used for the Stumps project. I will be tweaking them shortly.

All code files are now conforming to the resharper and standard .NET rules.
