See this command
(/data/data/per.pqy.apktool/mydata/apktool2.sh: line 6:
/data/data/per.pqy.apktool/lix/jvm/java-7-openjdk-armhf/jre/bin/java:

Mine too having permission problems trying to import frameworks on my i9205
running jb 4.4.2, which previously worked flawlessly on my GT-P6200 running jb
4.1.2. I think the versions of current or previous Apktool is not compatible
with our KNOXed os like 4.3.+. Hence we need an update for our firmware
versions. Failing to import frameworks is not a good thing when using Apktool.
I love this app and especially the idea of the ability to use Apktool on my
mobile, so I eagerly hope the problem could be solve soon.
