[UI] - Role Shop HUD Rewrite

This is an Issue to collect the Ideas and track the progress of the Role Shop HUD element

Mockups

• each button should have its keybinding in the text, e.g. "[C] close"
• maybe there should be two buy buttons: "buy" and "buy and auto equip"?
• icons should be "dynamic", only a simple icon is used in the shop and then extended with background etc

Inspirations

This addon has a nice way of showing tags/types in the icon

• Show Cost -> equipment.credits
• Show Current Credits -> plymeta:GetCredits
• Transfer Credits -> shop.TransferCredits
• Reroll Random Shop -> shop.TryRerollShop
• Favorites -> shop.IsFavorite
• Show Description
• Show Limits: Slots, Players, Team-Shops etc.
• Basic Search
• Move Item tabs:
  • Radar/Radio for example in radial menu
