[Spawn Editor] Spawn Editor sometimes does not work as spectator #1097

Sometimes the spawneditor works as a spectator, but most of the time it does not.

This error might be related to the problem

I just testet this with the following conlusion from me:

If I start as spectator, everything works as expected.. Only if I die and get a spectator and press the start spawn edit button, I see a short flash of the UI and the spheres, but then it disappears.. Seems like the weapon for editing is removed instantly?

In fact, after dying at the start of a round and pressing the "start generating edits" button, the effect is as you describe.
