How it is working now (example): If we set ttt_pointer_enable_global to false, it still creates a pointer but it is invisible.
I think it is better to not create a pointer if it is disabled because of these messages "You have to wait 5 second(s) to add a new pointer!".
I'm not sure if I like this to be honest. The convars are checked a few lines further down. Your change would remove a small minor calculations, but nothing major.
