Jester can damage the Pharao ankh #7

As the title says, the ankh can be damaged by the jester and I think this is not wanted I'm using last version from github for both

Everyone can damage the ankh

the jester does no damage so theoretically shouldn't destroy the ankh too? even the marker

then the jester can safely destroy his ankh in front of pharaoh and the pharaoh can do nothing to avoid all this because if he kills the jester, he dies (i have winstate 6)
