If Pirate is being used with roles that are able to copy roles(Mimic, Amnesiac, or even a respawning Jester), it is possible to end up with 2 Pirate Captains. This results in 2 contracts being available to be given out, but if both Contracts are Given out, the Pirates will no longer be considered to be on any person's team.
Ideally, either there would be no way to get a second Pirate Captain, or both contracts are allowed to function.
