please release this after the next TTT2 releace since this addon uses new icons of TTT2

introduced an all new killer popup
refactored the code
improved the chat massages
cleaned the file structure
fixed convars not working with ulx
renamed convars to be more clearly (since the old convars have never worked, the renaming shouldn't be a problem)
renamed the addon from "rolesetup" to "roleinfo"
