Fake body fix #8

Here is the fix for the fake body edge case.

I think it should be considered whether or not this could be something that uses a ConVar in case people would like to allow for defibs to revive fake bodies. As right now, this has the potential to ruin any plays using the Death Faker or Boom Body items if the detective has a defib. Just a thought though.
