Remove redacted fields

Certain fields have been deemed no longer needed as they pose a security threat of some sort.

• Fields pertaining to first and last name need to be moved in favor of the simple name field. This field can be considered a screen and does not require any personal information

• Any field holding the student ID needs to be removed to or modified to not

• No photos

The only other points I have from the meeting are these:

• Remove course name from Professor Meetings
• No description necessary for reports

For the report's description, even though it's not deemed necessary by Patty, want to leave it in anyways? It does make for easier clarification for reports and whatnot. It just doesn't have to be a required field.

That works for me. I think Patty's main reasoning was that it might make people less likely to write the reports. But if we make it non-required it shouldn't be a problem.
