Somewhere works perfectly somewhere error 2031 #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. installed with rpm
2. changed port to 8002
3. somewhere work perfectly somewhere shows error 2031

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
flashpolicyd-2.1 RPM

Please provide any additional information below.

i used with lightIRC on ngircd on fedora 12.
changed the port to 8002 due to lightirc instructions (default 843 port doesn't 
work).
somewhere it works perfectly and somewhere shows error 2031.. i know this is 
problem with connection, but why somewhere works somewhere does not. maybe 
flash version compatibility? can someone provide troubleshoot steps.

Is the error from flash or ruby? can you provide the whole error?

Truly sorry for the fake alarming. This was neither flash nor ruby problem.
The anti virus was blocking access to irc server.
