We merged this a bit too early. Can you please rebase with master and fix your code and the test case following the base structure from the Stratosphere LogReg implementation?

Make sure your algorithm implementation extends the Algorithm base class
Use a private final field for each hyper-parameter
Add a constructor that explicitly passes all fields (to be used by test cases)
And an construct(Namespace ns) constructor that extracts the values from a Argparse4j namespace object and calls the explicit version
Add a static inner class named Command that extends Algorithm.Command that configures the Argparse4j command line interface for this algorithm.

Also, make sure to run 'mvn build' at least once before you push the new version in order to format the code. I'll merge the updated version in the master. Thanks.
