Compare WikiData and DBpedia #13

After the presentation, I got a question about differences between WikiData and DBpedia http://wiki.dbpedia.org/

most obvious one seems to be WikiData intends to be language independant whike dbpedia isn't.

Should be worth comparing in our report. But might as well be unnessecary.

this issue is totally out of the project scope
