Changes among others:

Continuously poll for next shift (should also fix the login => no next shift issue)
Unset next shift when ending current shift
Show car unlocked animation
Design alignments and fixes
Add dev settings to change between dev and prod API endpoint
Connect cleanliness rating API
Use correct attribute types for the logging endpoint
remove dead code
wording and spelling fixes

Things I'd like to discuss before merging:

ride destination is changed
the map flashes on the home screen
there is no new shift when finishing the shift although there is one in the schedule (probably this is not a bug)
