List CarIssues under the detail page of a car #109

Description: When you click a car in the webapp you get Model, Status and Licence. The webapp should show the current open issues with the car.

Acceptance criteria:

[ ] Call the Car Issue API and get issues by car_id
[ ] Display issues below the car details
[ ] Display a graphic of the car and mark the issues using x and y coordinates (optional)
