Customise color palette #17

Use TU Delft color palette for the theme of the dashboard but not in the graphs. For graphs, use color that best suits the type and purpose of the graph, to make distinctions and emphasize difference in figures. TU Delft standard color palette has contrasting colors...can use those or deviate entirely. Palette should be defined/standardised in code.

The TUDelft color palette added in the plot_kit.R file. Other color paletttes can be added to this file
