Add badge to lecture settings icon when lecture name is equal to lecture code #18

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We really want users to notice that they should change the lecture name. The tooltip is way too hidden.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a MUI badge with an "!" to the settings icon and maybe even an alert next to the name.
