Currently instructor can select if students can upload additional files by checking the file upload setting. If this option is activated all files in the assignment directory will be included in the grading process. Sadly some students do not have clean directories and submit sometimes huge/garbage files.

Add a setting where instructors can input which files should be allowed to be uploaded. Based on the setting a gitignore file will be generated.
