Possible improper flow around adding points to a cell #116

In a nutshell: At the it should be available for two types of cell: if you open a notebook and select either "Autograded tests" or "Manual Graded Answer" for a cell, it should give you the option to select the amount of points you wish to set. I think we might be erroneously presenting a fourth option on the drop down list of cell types: "Autograded answer" that shows no option to set points.

To Reproduce

  1. Open any notebook on hub.jupyter.hpc...
  2. Switch to creation mode
  3. Select dropdown option

Confusion was around the user not having understood the UI and user docs
