File list is not updated on pull submission in manual grading view #131

Describe the bug When I click on "Pull Submission" the files are loaded in the background but the file list is not updated after the pull. This is confusing.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a submission
  2. Go to the manual grading view
  3. Click "Pull Submission"
  4. The file list is not updated

Expected behavior After pulling the file list should be updated.
