Description of the issue

To reduce effort for maintenance after the project is endend, we'd like to have a Wissensplattform lite.

Ideas of solution

--> Double check if polars installation is still needed.

Can you first focus on rolling back the wettdienst integration in both frontend, backend and installation procss? The app url is: https://wissen-digital-ewb.de/en/LastProfile/warmelast
