Updated backend to latest and adapted frontend accordingly. Closes #10 #12

Adapted frontend to work with the new speaker file format and refactored VocalTract::Param and Glottis::Parameter structs in the backend. Closes #10

Data.cpp specifies "JD2.speaker" to be the default speakerfile, the should be changed into "JD3.speaker"
