The vocal tract parameters shown in the VocalTractShapeDialog are now the ones actually used in the synthesis. When a new value is entered, the vocal tract is recalculated immediately and the updated parameters are shown in the dialog.
I also added a Visual Studio solution for another (and sometimes more convenient) way to build.
