Cp scope 3 get cp #123

Scope 3 (of 6) includes implementation of class SimulationGraph (graph representation of OpenCLSim simulation including all recorded activities and all (found) dependencies between these) which has method get_critical_activity_list that returns all activities on (any) critical path.

Because the finding of dependencies is planned for scope 4, 5 and 6, and because unittests work well with static input the dependencies are provided as a static lists in the tests for simulation graph's get_critical_activity_list model.
