@Pietervanhalem This PR has some additional functionality which I believe is in place - but of course please review/comment:

• a notebook '32' which shows the two methods for creating dependencies for the critical path and visualising the resulting critical path
• a plot method for the critical path within the BaseCP class
• an extension/update for the get_recorded_activities() within the BaseCP class as some activities (related due to plugins and/or event conditions) are NOT recorded within the simulation objects but are needed in order to get a correct/complete critical path.
