WIP: Add saving of simulations to server

The server should become capable of saving the csv's for each simulation it runs.

Already done:

• add optional file_prefix to LogSaver, use the hash of the config file as the prefix for the server to overwrite previous simulations which were exactly the same
• add optional append_to_existing flag to LogSaver, to ensure files are overwritten instead of being appended

Todo:

• ensure the simulations directory exists before writing to it (create this directory when the server starts?)
• add a unit test for testing the overwriting etc.
• add a url to the server which returns the written csv's, where all files are concatenated into one "locations.csv" etc.
