Fix/pyplot to ax #72

Two plots simultaneously is now working for me using branch "feature/multiple-scenarios" of the app. @AnneHommelberg could you please check if it is working for you as well?

If you agree with the adjustments I'll merge the PR and label issue #70 as fixed.
