Exchanged the previous FLORIS v3 interface with the v4 interface
Added a flow field visualisation option which plots a "tiled" view of the FLORIS simulations that are executed for all turbines individually.
Additional actions include cleaning of the code and updates of the UML diagram.
Breaking
Note that FLORIS v4 needs slightly changed .yaml files (new settings & changed names).
These changes have been transferred to the FLORIS input yaml files, but also to the OFF input files.
This means that old input yaml files are not compatible with the new code.
Changes:
turbulence_intensity has been changed to turbulence_intensities and is now a list
New plotting flags in vis:debug for the tiled wf plotting
Future Work
Need to review other example case .yamls
Add control capabilities for the new features of FLORIS v4, mainly AWM control and turning turbines off.
