Need to be able to register clients and storage servers.

Thinking about how this might work:

Commandline Option to register and save the token to secure storage.
Each heartbeat must include the current token
tokens are rotated and upated on receive of heartbeat packets.
tokens can be re-upped with the same above commandline arg if something goes wrong.
master stores the association in the Master DB
Token encyption(? maybe not MVP)
