Home Page Sidebar Layout for Contacts #41

We need a separate home page layout in order to add the contacts to the homepage as a sidebar. They align with a social media header as of now. We will need to apply the homepage contacts to the homepage for the following programs:

Asian Studies
Chinese
Japanese
Arabic
First Year Writing Program
