Citing seml #103

Hi all, this is a bit of a general question as well as a feature request.

When using seml for academic publications, how should the project be cited?

At the same time it would maybe be nice to have this documented either in the README.md or as a separate CITATION file.

We've just added a bibtex to the readme.
