Regular releases via pip and conda #122

Hi,

this is almost like a feature request.

Since the last seml release on pip and conda a lot of useful stuff has been added to seml, along with important bugfixes.

And it would be really great to have more regular releases to pip and conda for seml. This would make it easier to install new versions and also help in bringing improvements to more people. I'm not sure if it would make sense to have an automatic pip release tied to github actions, but maybe the release process can even be semi automated?

Any thoughts on this?

Hi @heborras,

thank you for the reminder! I just pushed a new release for seml to PyPi but due to the status of sacred, I cannot push a new release to conda at the moment. This will have to wait until sacred makes a new release.

To avoid pushing broken versions, we should probably stick with a manual release schedule but I can certainly push more frequent updates. :)

That would be really cool!

And thanks a ton for the commitment and new release :)

@heborras a quick note on the most recent version: The initial release contained some bugs, newer revisions of 0.4.0 have been pushed to PyPi.
