This PR implements slurm overrides; see an advanced example.

This PR breaks backward compatibility!

A few fixes:

Jobs from different clusters will not be updated if you call seml. This also applies to locally ran jobs.

Stuff that doesn't work anymore:

Unobserved slurm jobs working on a collection
Probably all the stuff I haven't tested
