Figure out how to unit test the VMP and especially the RTSP streams.

Can we mock the v4l2 capture cards as loopback devices?

Unit tests for CalendarKit are now in CI. Next is vmpserverd.

It would be nice to cache the /nix folder to speedup the CI.
