TODO:

[ ] Main page with a standard top toolbar
[x] Profile page with a form for submitting personal info that will be visible on the /people/ page
[ ] South migration for blog.article model with a published field
[ ] Figure out how to store new submits (i.e. new revisions of a course info, they need to be revisioned first and then merged or discarded)

3 contribute pages

[ ] Course info form with autocomplete of existing fields
[ ] Professors info form with autocomplete of existing fields
[ ] News article - write a new article to be posted in the blog section
