Refreshing the participants page should work #152

When a participant refreshes his/her page there is an error saying the participant cannot connect to the experiment since the participant is already connected. However, this should be possible and the newest connection should always be used. To let the participant reconnect the experimenter needs to kick him/her manually from the experiment. Abusing the link should not be a problem since we already have a ban button.

I cannot replicate this behaviour in the current version of development. But it behaves like #156 where after the participant reloaded the page, they are listed twice and after a few second one of the listings disappears and the video turns black
