Whether the vocabulary file--ORBVoc.txt is already established before establishing the visual map? Or the ORBVoc.txt is established by the camera captured image dataset?

The vocabulary is generic and introduced in he original ORB-SLAM. It is not tailored to the specific camera or scenes used in this project
